I teach cycle class 2 days a week and started almost right after I had my baby. I really think it's helped me get my body back; it's a great cardio workout. I tried my first flywheel class today. It was definitely a great 45 minute workout. It's a bit pricey but they clean up after you and provide towels, water, and shoes which is nice for the new cycle class taker. Most gyms have cycle (also called spin) or you can go to a studio that focuses on just these classes. If you want to start seeing some body change and you aren't doing cycle class, start adding it into your workout routine.
