Valentine’s Day Partner Pilates
Instead of using traditional equipment to deepen stretches and build strength, EBC Director of Pilates and Gyrotonic Lisa Stevens can teach your viewers how to use resistance created by their partner to strengthen and lengthen muscles and restore balance to the body and mind. East Bank’s Partner Pilates Mat Class is 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14.
Reach Out and Touch Someone
Leslie Camp, EBC’s massage therapist, can teach your viewers basic massage techniques they can use at home to pamper their partners, relieve tension and strengthen their relationship. Research suggests that the experience of being touched has a powerful effect on the body and mind. East Bank’s Couples Massage Workshop is 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 11.
It Takes Two to Tango
Get ready for a full-body workout! EBC instructor Alberto Arias can teach your viewers a fun and flirtatious dance workout incorporating spicy steps and set to high-energy Latin and international music. East Bank Dance Latin Groove classes are 9-9:55 a.m. on Tuesdays and 10-11 a.m. on Thursdays each week. No previous dance experience necessary.
