Weight loss: Sticking to a fitness program

Are you looking for ways to stick to your fitness program?  It’s hard sometimes to stay motivated and keep your healthy liestyle changes on track.  There are tools, however, that are meant to keep you living your best life.  Here are a few of my favorite ways to stay on track: Write, Support and Reward

1. Journaling is a great way to keep yourself accountable. Try “fitbook” for an easy, take with you option.  Another great way is iphone applications: my favorite: lose it! 

2. Support with your friends, family and co-workers is key to staying on track.  Think about setting up your own network and asking them for their support.  Even if you have them send you an email or letter with why they are on your team, is great to have written words to read. Don’t forget to share with your facebook friends too!

3. Try a rewards program like S2H.com’s replay activity tracker.  After sixty minutes of daily exercise, you win 60 points.  Redeem points for gift cards to Best Buy, iTunes, Staples and more.  At the end of six months with daily exercise you could have enough points for an xbox Wii Fitness program.
