On October 11 and 12th please join Andrea Metcalf, NBC Fitness Expert and Today Show Contributor to Fleet Feet in Chicago for a special new release of her "Length Training" program. Just after launching her book, Naked Fitness (Vanguard Press), she has been developing more fitness programs to get people off the couch and moving pain free.
The class will begin promptly at 6pm on both days. Length training is a strength and flexibility class geared at runners, walkers and those with limited hamstring flexibility. Andrea is excited to share this 45 minute powerful yet mindful workout.
Gatorade will be providing refreshments and towels and LOLE activewear will be showing a new line of apparel. All workout abilities are welcome. Books and DVD's will be for sale after the workout as well as time for question and answer sessions.
