It was a great turn out at Five Star last night for British bike night. This was the second event in a series of Motorcycle Mondays hosted at Five Star. Each date celebrates a different country. May 3rd was German bike night. American motorcycle night is coming up on July 5.
I ran into the usual suspects. Of course host Larry Fletcher from the Ton Up Club was there, also Fred Teifeld (photographer), but I also made a new friend. They called him Billy the Rocker. I made the mistake of calling him The Rocker Billy, and was quickly corrected. Billy is a bike builder and has been building vintage bikes from the frame up for over 22 years. He has a shop here in Chicago, Billy's Vintage Iron. Check it out.
