When going through a transition resiliency is key; it is our ability to adapt to change understanding that the only thing we can control is our attitude towards that change.
Believe it or not we don't often think of ourselves as resilient but we are. We have a natural instinct to survive--resilience is proof of that desire.
So take a deep breath and understand you are resilient, the transition you are in right now does get better; you will arrive at the other side and see the sun once again.

For me, when I have been in transition, it seemed that if "I bounced back" I would end up right where I started which was not what I wanted. My transitions are always about a chapter closing and a new one opening.
As always, love to hear from you....
