Diana Nyad on aging: Why 66 is better than 28

Diana Nyad, first person to swim from Cuba to Florida without a shark cage comments on what it means to age not only with grace but with an understanding that being in midlife is not end...in fact it is a time when we accomplish perhaps those things that could not be accomplished when younger.

Are there things that you attempted when younger, failed and have a thought that perhaps you can accomplish that feat today? Are you willing to give it a shot? Or have you bought into the limitations that as we age we cannot accomplish feats we dream about?

What are you planning for your next accomplishment in this midlife chapter?
