What: In celebration of the Black Friday opening of its new location as part of Chicago's State Street development, global sportlifestyle brand PUMA is excited to throw open its doors for an opening celebration on Tuesday, December 1. To help us get in the spirit, we've enlisted a team of local celebrities, including current Second City performers and members of the Chicago Red Stars, to work the floor with our retail team, their "wages" going to benefit the Chicago Red Stars Charitable Foundation. Come mingle, shop, and be merry! Local favorites the Jump Smokers will provide the soundtrack with a live performance, hanging out to challenge guests to DJ Hero matches, too. The event, which is free and open to the public, will also include the usual celebratory sweet treats and prizes. The new retail concept, the first of its kind in the U.S., offers product that spans all PUMA categories -- from performance sport (soccer, running, and fitness), to sport-fashion (PUMA by Mihara Yasuhiro and Rudolph Dassler Schuhfabrik by PUMA), to sport-lifestyle (PUMA Archive and PUMA-EVISU Denim). Who: Current performers from SecondCity DJ Flipside The Jump Smokers Members of the Chicago Red Stars Women's Professional Soccer team When: Tuesday, December 1 4 to 8 PM, with live performance by the Jump Smokers at 7 pm Where: The PUMA Store 108 N.
