15 Women Over 40 Who Slayed At Last Night's Emmys

I am not always a fan of what Tina Fey chooses to wear on the red carpet, but last night, she owned it.  The cut, color, and drape of her Oscar de la Renta gown was uber flattering on the 46 year old comic powerhouse.  And the dangling earring, cocktail ring combination was all the accessorizing she needed.  I was also LOVING her wavy full hair.  This is the kind of award look that comes across as effortless, though of course we ladies know better.  Just loving the overall effect.  She had it goin' on last night in all the right ways.  Well done.
