Six Great Michael Jordan Games from 1998

When the Bulls take the United Center floor tonight, they will be shooting for the team's first 50 win season in 13 years. March 20, 1998 was the last time a Chicago Bulls team bagged its 50th win of a season, a rather close escape over Vancouver, and sure enough, a quick scan of the box score shows why: both Jordan and Pippen produced pedestrian efforts, MJ going for 24 on only 13 shots, Scottie scoring 13 with 4 boards, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. "Pedestrian," of course, for the mighty Jordan and Pippen was pretty damn good for anyone else, and with the Bulls going for 50 tonight and Derrick Rose the favorite for league MVP, I started thinking about The Great Michael Jordan and what a Great Michael Jordan Game looked like, particularly one back in his final MVP season of 1998.

And so, in chronological order and with VIDEO INCLUDED, Six Great Michael Jordan Games from 1998:
