Known affectionately by his friends as Lenny, Lenox Magee is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he majored in journalism. The former Editor-in-Chief for Bleu Magazine, a national GLBT publication, and former Arts & Entertainment Editor for N'Digo, currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief for 360 Magazine as well as freelance journalist/columnist for RedEye Newspaper in Chicago. Also, Magee worked as a radio co-host/producer for Windy City Radio, apart of the Windy City Media Group. While living in Rome, Magee produced and broadcasted a story on World AIDS Day for Vatican Radio, making him one of the first African-Americans to broadcast from the Papal state; which was broadcasted all over the world. Also, while studying in South Africa, Lenox researched news stories for the Mail & Guardian Newspaper.
One of Magee's ultimate goals in 2012 is to become apart of Chicago's Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame at age 30; we believe he can do it!
