Welcome to the mighty adventures of a young, gay, black male living and exploring Chicago. Some may remember me from my previous Chicagonow.com blog, Young, Black and Gay (check out some of my older posts!),now, I'm reloaded and ready to take on the Second City, gay issue by gay issue.
I plan to tackle issues affecting the gay community and bring attention to the GLBT African American community, discuss news and opposing views, provide risque interviews and give you my view on some of the best things and places Chicago has to offer.
I'm a Chicago native residing in the Hyde Park neighborhood (yes, President Obama's home away from home). I'm 28-years-old, soon-to-be 29, freelance journalist, and I've been pretty lucky to make some amazing friends and have some great opportunities here.
Dubbed the "gayest black male" in Chicago, and proud of it, I hope that you will join me on my journey to explore this great city together.
Until we meet!
