Steubenville High School Football, Rape And The Video Leaked By Anonymous

It is a sad day in the world when you are checking in on your fellow ChicagoNow bloggers and find in your feed a Huffington Post article about the rape that occurred on August 22, 2012 by football players of Steubenville High School in Steubenville, Ohio.

The most disgusting part about this is the video that was posted on YouTube by students of the school joking about the situation and thinking this is all fun and games (video is embedded in the Huffington Post article.

To read that some students are posting that "she is so raped her pussy is about as dry as the sun" is just deplorable.

RAPE IS SERIOUS AND IS ILLEGAL! NO ONE HAS ANY RIGHT TO RAPE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING NO MATTER WHAT! The lifestyle that I live, we role play with rape. It is NOT something that we take lightly and there is a lot of negotiations made before a scene like this would ever take place. I DO NOT CONDONE THE ACTIONS OF A RAPIST AND I DO NOT CONDONE THE ACTIONS OF THESE FOOTBALL PLAYERS!

Lots of questions are floating in my mind right now! Where were the parents during the parties that were going on? Why didn't they stop this action? Why was this incident allowed to go on from party to party with no intervening by fellow students? How did these teenagers get they grubby paws on the alcohol that was consumed? Where did the drugs come from that were given to the girl to keep her uncontentious? Why is one of the mothers of a football player still allowed to be a prosecuting attorney on this case? How do these parents sleep at night knowing they are living with a rapist and covering it up just so their kid can become the next Teabow, Jennings, Peterson or Manning?

Are we of a society that small towns will allow such things to happen and try to sweep them under the rug just so their son can get a full scholarship to a big university to play football? Where parents just turn a blind eye to what was taking place at these parties?

I believe that the After School Specials that use to air on ABC need to be made a requirement in high schools. These students need to see the real consequences for their actions. Made to see that if you rape someone you do not end up with a free ride to a University so they can play football and hope they make it to the pros making millions of dollars. What they need to see is what really happens to someone that rapes a person, take them through the processing at the jails, the judicial system, and end with these students in a jail cell overnight. Let them listen to the cat calls from inmates wanting their fresh meat and see how they like to be objectified.

The parents of these students involved in the parties need to be prosecuted as well. I am sure as hell sure that these students did not just run out to the liquor store and purchase the booze that was consumed at these parties. I am also sure that all of the parents could not have just gone on vacation at the same time and left these kids home alone to do what they wanted. Providing alcohol to minors is a punishable offense, but aiding in a rape? This should be tried against the parents just as someone that is prosecuted for aiding and abetting  in a robbery or a murder.

It is time that society stood up and started doing something about crimes like this that are swept under the rug every day in small towns, college towns and major metropolitan cities. Just look at Sandusky for crying out loud! Penn State covered up this monsters crimes for years before someone finally spoke up about it!

I love my kinky friends, but if I heard of anything like this happening and they were the offender, you can bet your ass I would call the police as soon as I heard what had happened! I would not go streaming a video blaming the victim or joking about it.

Everyone of those students that is in the video, or on other videos, where they are laughing it up will soon learn that the world is a cruel bitch. This video will now follow you through out your college life, into your adult life, and will more than likely effect your employment opportunities in the future.

I hope you like working at McDonald's because I will be damned if I allow anyone that I know or work for hire someone that thinks rape is a joke and was a party to the incident! RAPE IS NO JOKING MATTER!!!

Now I will get off my soapbox and retreat back to my hole in the ground for the moment.
