Rahm Emanuel the Mayor of Chicago who tried to cover-up 17-year-old Laquan McDonald's murder wants Empire star Jussie Smollett to pay a $130k bill for a hoax he wasn't found guilty of in a court of law.
Jason Van Dyke was found guilty in a court of law. His murder of Laquan McDonald likely cost the city much more than the $130k to investigate. The murder cost the city $5 million in a settlement with the McDonald family plus the cost to investigate the case. My question to Emanuel is: When did you send Jason Van Dyke a bill for the millions he cost the city?
The city of Chicago has paid over a half billion dollars in police misconduct settlements over the past eight years. Did Emanuel send those police officers a bill as well?
