10 Healthiest Fast Foods

Are you a fast food junkie?  I could go on and on and tell you all the reasons to simply STOP eating crap.  But I realize that budget, time and convenience out way the nutrition based and health reasons for many people.  So, if I can’t get you to stop putting fast food in your body, can I at least help you make better decisions?

Here are the best of the worst on fast food menus.  If you trade the soda for water, pack a piece of fruit every day and then choose from one of these options, I believe you will be significantly improving your health and on a path to losing weight.  If you eliminate the soda (even if it is diet) and drink more water you will be making an enormous leap in improving your health.  You will see it in your skin and waistline.    When you choose one of these options at the fast food restaurant, order simple.  No meal packs and no extras.  Use mustard and hot sauces to spice up the flavor.  And, here is my final tip and it is a good one:  20-30 minutes before lunch, right as you begin to get hungry, eat the piece of fruit you packed for the day.  It can be an apple, pear, orange, berries, banana, etc.. (avoid the melons if possible). You will be less hungry and will order less!
