Healthy Options for Your End of Summer Road Trip

Are you trying to squeeze one more family road trip in or another getaway to a romantic bed and breakfast before September 4th?  If you have a road trip coming up, you might find yourself stuck eating fast food.  Of course it is ideal to pack all your food and even eat PB and Js, but sometimes you have to pull over and pick up form a drive-thru.  For many, eating at McDonald’s or Wendy’s is no big deal,  but I think most people really want help eating healthy.  I have written several blogs that cover the lower fat and calorie options in fast food restaurant.  But this is the most complete list I have posted.
