5 Healthiest Halloween Treats

This is my number 1 pick because I love bones as part of the spooky decorations.  I love the idea of using bread dough to make bones.  In fact, I am going to go to Home Made Pizza, Co and buy just the dough.  You can get it glutten free too.  There are many types and brands of dough on the market.  Also, everyone enjoys bread sticks dipped in Blood (maranara), Goo (whie fondu cheese) and Alien Blood (honey mustard).

Here is a great way to diversify the use of the wheel.  It is commonly used for wheel barrow exercises.  But this hamstring curl is a sure way to tighten up the back of your legs and strengthen your lower back.
