The "blind auditions" continue as superstar coaches Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton all vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon from the country's best vocalists. The vocalists compete to be selected by one of the coaches and fight for a chance to win the title of being named The Voice.

audrey-morrisseyThis year marks the 14th season of the singing competition show. If you're wondering what is so special about this season, executive producer, Audrey Morrissey, revealed the secret to the sauce.

" A lot is special about this season! I think we have a special cast and panel of coaches. Kelly Clarkson brings a distinct new flavor that we necessarily haven't had in the past. We have a few format changes along with twists and turns which we are excited about."

Since Audrey is the voice behind the scenes she's always thinking of ways to keep the show fresh without making drastic changes to the essence of what everybody loves.

According to the EP, " There is a real magical thing that happens on the show. I believe that realness and kindness connects through the screen and I think viewers connect to that."

Morrissey, the coaches and her team work hard to make The Voice as great as it can be and this season will prove that viewers are in for a special treat.

The Voice airs Mondays on NBC (8-10 p.m. ET) and Tuesdays (8-9 p.m. ET)
