What ever you can compare it to, I am happy to know that I am not the only one who gets stressed out on Election Day. My stomach hurts, I go through emotions of worry, anger, and my adrenaline starts pumping. I guess you can compare it to watching your favorite team making it to the finals. So the best thing to do for those Election Day jitters is go to a Election Party and drink. Now if you have a serious drinking problem like Whip from the movie Flight then this might not be the best suggestion. Whatever you do try to stay away from the TV, internet, and radio on a consistent basis this can only make the anxiety worse.
