OK, boys and girls, get out your iPhones, laptops and crackberries, this week's events seem to be all about social media, which works for me since I'm a total addict. The more you learn about how to leverage social media to aid your job search, the better off you'll be. So come out - even if you have no idea what social media is.

Free Stuff

A big, bold, outdoor tweetup in the middle of downtown with entertainment, nametags, food, drinks, live tweets and giveaways.

We all know diet and exercise contribute to good health but, apparently, so does networking. The Intentional Networkers host Dr. Bob Wright, CEO of the Wright Business Institute, as he shares his tips for using networking to create abundance in your life.

Mingle with and learn from new media producers and other creative people at a showcase of various productions created by folks in the Chicago new media scene.

Connecters September Networking Meeting 
Business coach Terri Fry Brukhartz speaks about the "3 Steps for Succeeding in Hard Times."

Women's Biz Net Council and the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce join forces for this networking event.
