The Thai Festival, running through tomorrow, is as colorful as Thailand. Sponsored by the Thai consulate, the festival offers Thai artisan crafts, entertainment, and food.

Hundreds of people crowded into Thai Fest to experience the culture of one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Thai Festival offered traditional music and dancing, martial arts, and other colorful entertainment. One of the finest demonstrations was the fruit and vegetable carving booth. Amazing is to tame a word to describe the talent required to make these table decorations.

There were several food booths operated by local vendors. If you stop by the Thai Consulate booth you will receive a coupon for 20% off a meal in one of twenty Thai restaurants in the area.

The Thai Festival runs through June 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Daley Plaza and can be reached by public transportation.
