The Chicago Auto Show opened for the media today at McCormick Place. Tomorrow will be another day for media to preview the show. So far it looks spectacular. It would be well worth your time to attend this year's auto show, especially if you are shopping for a new vehicle. The show dates are February 9-17 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m and February 18 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America. The show started in 1901 and has been staged more than any other automobile show or exposition in North America. 2013 celebrates the 105th staging of the Chicago Auto Show.
Held every February, the Chicago Auto Show hosts over one million attendees annually. It is a boon to the city of Chicago, especially tourism, hospitality, restaurant, and entertainment venues.
The Chicago Automobile Trade Association is America’s oldest and largest auto dealer organization. CATA has produced the Chicago Auto Show since 1935.
