Missing Your Exit

Missing Your Exit

There are times in life where we believe we are on the right path and suddenly there is a shift! This change/transition/shift allows us to look around and assess our own well-being. It is at this time that we notice that we may be going forward according to God's plan for our lives or we made a decision/choice and have stumbled along a different path.  Being on the "different" path is okay, just like being on the right path too long is okay. The Good News is that we are always given an EXIT.  God, in His grace, allows us free will (which has often messed me up, IJS) and also gives us a way out if we stay on the "different" path too long.......What happens if we keep missing our exit?  What do we do?

Do we keep going?

Do we go back?

Do we wait for another exit opportunity?

Listen to my recent Periscope on Exits:

Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

4 So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran. Genesis 12:1-4
