HEY Everyone!! Welcome to Inside Out.
So the question is, what's this blog going to be all about? To be honest, it's a work in progress. Since I could remember, I've always had a desire to write. Frustrated, overwhelmed with joy, or brokenhearted I took that fuel and filled up a piece of paper. Sometimes it ended up on a napkin, random scraps, or even an envelope, but regardless of my methods all of my thoughts and questions surrounded me. I found clarity in doing this, and for some time now writing a blog has always managed to find its way back on my "to-do list". So here I am...
I believe that we are put on this Earth to live a full, passionate life. Each of us are created so uniquely that we are given gifts and talents that are meant to be shared. We are constantly being presented with opportunities in which we are faced with the decision to either pursue something or to let that moment slip away. Most of the time we are completely unaware of the opportunities because of the barriers we have self-created. It is difficult to face the reality that we are our OWN worst critic and that we are the one's holding the remote. We have the choice of either pressing the pause button or pressing play and leading a passion-driven life.
I am a firm believer that when you align your mind, body, and spirit you have the ability to understand your true essence. When this alignment occurs we are able to start living the life we were meant to lead and to begin to share our beauty with the rest of the world. Balance seems like an impossible task and some days that may appear true, but it is the reminder and the actions that we take to reassure ourselves that we are on the right path.
Inside Out will include topics about health and wellness, relationships, inner battles, spirituality, and the list goes on! My intentions for this blog are to create thought-provoking conversations and to hopefully begin igniting the fires that we all have within ourselves.
So let's get started to becoming a better YOU from the Inside OUT!
