Back in 2009 Kevin James introduced us to the completely unoriginal, unfunny, and mean spirited character that is Paul Blart Mall Cop. The original film, despite being critically panned, went on to make over $146 million at the box office. So, naturally, they had to make a sequel. It somehow took over 6 years for them to release, but the wait was well worth it. Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 is so ridiculously bad that not only is it fun to watch, but it actually might be genius.
It's a shame that Paul Blart 2 made less than half of what the original made at the box office. The good news is it still made enough that Happy Madison, the production company that makes Paul Blart and other art house films like Grown Ups, could potentially release a Paul Blart 3. Until then Paul Blart 2 will have to be our number 1 place to go for awful Kevin James comedy.
