Pixel Art: Chicago "L" Zelda Style Map

Monday mornings aren't the friendliest on a crowded brown line train to the loop. Everyone thinking about the week of work ahead of them and all the bad decisions they made over the weekend. So when I got on the brown line last Monday I was very surprised to be greeted with a friendly, "Hey, you're that guy who makes the L maps!" It was a short, brown haired girl who I would never expect to be a video game nerd. She then said, "You need to do A Link to the Past next."

I had already been bombarded with requests for a Zelda map so I knew it had to be done and I was actually already working on it. A Link to the Past has a very detailed art style and unique pallet so creating this map was a lot different experience than my first two. The image below will print nicely on a 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. There are also links to high quality, professional prints below.
