I wasn't quite sure what to expect yesterday.
"Do you think people will wear their costumes to class?" I asked my roomie when I awoke in the morning.
"Uhh, I don't know. Probably not," she replied groggily.
"Okay. Well, I'll just put my cow mask thingy in my backpack. Just in case."
The cow hat remained in there all day. Aside from a few brave souls, no one was dressed up for Halloween. This saddened me. All I wanted to do was learn statistics while wearing my cow suit.
But, alas, the day wasn't a total bust. Chipotle was giving out burritos for 2 dollars to anyone who dressed according to the theme: The Family Farm. So I donned my cow suit for the second time that week and enjoyed a discounted burrito with some Chi O girls. It was delicious.
The best part of the night, however, was when my friends and I stumbled across a Halloween party in their dorm. The party itself was lame, but the food was incredible. Cupcakes, cookies, candy, Chex Mix and PUPPY CHOW. I live for puppy chow. And so I stuffed my face with it.
It was a good Halloween, indeed.
