With the gas prices doing nothing more than going up, I feel safe taking a trip to southern Illinois. Some trips can cost a lot because of the rising gas costs. I got to jump into Rich Komar’s boat today and buzz around LaSalle Lake. It just opened yesterday. Fishing was pretty good. Largmouth, Smallmouth, and Hybrid Stripers made it into the boat.
