A huge Walleye was caught yesterday (8/14) at Shabbona Lake in DeKalb County.   It wass 30 1/2 inches long and weighed 8.9 pounds. “It’s going to be a great fall for walleye, just like spring was.” said Denny Sands of Shabbona Lakeside Bait Tackle and Boat Rental.  “This one sets a high bar.”
