Stella Foster receives the 41st Annual Dante Award

Chicago Sun-Times columnist, Stella Foster was honored this month for her excellence in journalism.

Over 500 friends, family, and peers gathered to celebrate Stella at The Galleria Marchetti Banquet facilities. The award was bestowed upon Stella by the Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans. Foster was born in Chicago and raised in the Englewood community. Always popular and witty, Stella rubbed elbows with people from all walks of life. She served Irv Kupcinet for over 30 years, and we all wish he could be here to see her receive this very prestigious award.

Congratulations Stella !
