For all of the flak that the healthcare.gov website has received, I have found one bright spot: The "Having Trouble Logging In" link is actually helpful.
When I last left you, I had forgotten my ID & password.
I had waited a number of days for both to be recovered after following the directions on the website.
I was tied of waiting and wanted to continue with the application process to see what insurance products were available to me.
Plus I was just getting pissed off.
Clicking on the link had to be better than sitting around waiting for someone to reset my password, right?
After yet another unsuccessful login attempt, I clicked on the link:
And read the tips for remembering both your username and your password.
Believe it or not, it worked! I was able to remember both my ID & password and was able to login to the site.
The application process had begun!
