Last Thursday evening I started the process to secure health insurance on healthcare.gov for coverage under the Affordable Care Act (or Obamacare). This is a timeline of what happened.

8:15 PM (CST) I went to the homepage on healthcare.gov and clicked on "Apply Now."
I was then taken to the "Marketplace" page where I was directed to enter my state of residence then clicked "Apply Now" again.
I landed on the following screen:
I waited on that page until 8:48 PM (CST) when the screen below popped up.
I clicked the "Get Started" button and at 8:50 PM (CST) and the application timed out.
At 8:51 PM (CST) I tried for a second time and at 8:54 PM (CST) the page timed out once again.
Luckily, I'm tenacious. The third try proved to be the charm.
