The kids were almost at the car this morning when I remembered it was Monday and made them turn around and stand on the stairs for this photo. I think they were a little annoyed with me.
D is holding a can of beans to donate to the food pantry and A is holding her lunch ticket as she insists on eating the (gross) school lunch. She promises she eats her vegetables, so I agree.
On the way to school D asked when winter is over. I explained about the groundhog and the six more week theory.
It is officially the longest winter ever.
