Owl's Brew

Owl's Brew

When it comes to things that are brewed, whether we're talking about beer, coffee, or in this case, tea, quality is what it's all about. With that in mind, Owl's Brew has created tea-based mixers that make it as easy to whip up a high-end cocktail as it is to reach into the fridge and pull out a high quality beer. Offering three flavors that are meant to be mixed with a variety of liquors, Owl's Brew makes it way to easy to impress the most discerning of cocktail enthusiasts.

Founded by Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield, Owl's Brew is brought to you by "two-tea drinking boozers" who are also responsible for Brew Lab Tea, a company specializing in the creation of artisanal, custom tea blends. Though their creativity is obvious, they're serious about great tea. Owl's Brew is crafted from their specialty tea, purified water and agave. No artificial flavors are additives are ever used and they promise to use nothing but real, whole spices, fruits and herbs.

Owl's Brew can be purchased from their website or at the Macy's on State Street and Southport Grocers for those of you in Chicago. I've included information on each of the flavors below as well as the recipes to three beertails that can be created using Owl's Brew.

Cheers!
