Thursday, January 16th iNG Restaurant's Executive Chef, Tim Havidic, and Goose Island's Brewmaster, Brett Porter, invite you to indulge in a collaborative beer dinner inspired by Salvador Dali. The 6-course dinner will be paired with extremely well regarded Goose Island beers like Halia, Juliet and Backyard Rye Bourbon County Brand Stout.
Representatives from iNG and Goose Island seem to be extremely excited to be working together. “Both Goose Island and iNG have been at the forefront of innovation in their respective crafts, and the idea of combining two cutting edge institutions into one evening was an one that couldn’t be missed” says Porter.
