What to do with all of that leftover Guinness and Murphy's?

At this point you've probably shaken off the "my body hates me" feeling that most people leave St. Patrick's Day weekend with. You've opened a fridge and ignored the excess Guinness or Murphy's a few too many times. And...you've finally decided that you need to figure out what to do with it.

You could just drink it...I guess. But maybe you're looking for something new to do with those Irish brews. Maybe, you're looking to kick it up a notch and act classy after the hazy weekend you just had.

If that's the case, I've got the cocktail for you - The Carpene Malvolti "Black Velvet." And best of all - it's easy to make and easy to drink.

Check out the step by step below.

Cheers!

1. Head to the store and pick up a bottle of Carpene Malvolti prosecco

2. Bring that bad boy home and get it on ice stat

3. Take a can of Guinness or Murphy's out of the fridge and crack it open

4. Fill a champagne flute half full with your stout of choice

5. Float the prosecco on top

6. Enjoy!
