2Sparrows restaurant, a seasonally-driven breakfast, lunch and brunch spot in Lincoln Park is hosting the folks from Virtue Cider for a dinner on Friday, February 22nd. Owners, Gregory Ellis and Steven Fladung have embraced local and artisanal items on their menu, so it only makes sense that they would partner with Virtue founder, Greg Hall, who only uses local, heirloom apples in his ciders.
Three Virtue ciders will be paired with the first three courses of the dinner, reserving the fourth course for additional tastings.
