A Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Oak Park home hits the market

It's been just over a year since we shot the above video at 652 Erie St in Oak Park with Kathy and Tony Iwersen, the home's owners. At the time we reported that the home, which was characterized as a "Frank Lloyd Wright Wannabe," would be on the market shortly.

A commenter on YouTube subsequently characterized the home as "too livable to be a Frank Lloyd Wright home."

The 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home in a prime Oak Park location just came on the market, priced at $700,000. It's listed with the Iwersens, who are real estate agents with Prudential Rubloff.
