$300K price drop on Frank Lloyd Wright home in Oak Park

  When Mike Scotty wrote about Wright’s George Furbeck home here last July, it was priced at $1,100,000. The 5-bedroom, 3 ½ bath home at 223 N Euclid Ave was taken off the market last September and has recently been re-listed at an asking price of $799,900. Coldwell Banker’s Vana Kikos has the listing.
