Home buyers who are considering a move to the beautiful master-planned community of Providence in Elgin can enjoy the grand opening of two new professionally decorated model homes. These models represent five new single-family floor plans that are being added to the popular Blackstone Series offered by Town and Country Homes.
"The new plans will be added to three favorites in the Blackstone Series and will provide additional choices for buyers who want to live in this scenic neighborhood," said Donna Zizek, director of marketing for Town and Country Homes. "As will be seen as visitors tour the two models, the new plans incorporate some of the most desired features among buyers today, and they are priced to be attainable for families."
Ranging in size from approximately 2,084 to 2,972 square feet of living space, the plans have three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, partial basements and two or three-car garages per plan. Prices start at $214,995.
The Primrose model features 3,282 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal living room and dining room, spacious informal living area and family room, breakfast nook, and kitchen with island and walk-in pantry, plus a den, mud room area, partial basement and three-car attached garage, all priced from $272,995.
"As visitors will see, these homes offer an outstanding value for their prices, and interest rates are the lowest in 30 years," Zizek said. "This is the time to buy."
Providence includes 110 acres of open space, with ponds, parks and a hiking and biking trail. A boathouse-style community center boasts a gathering room and kitchen, and it overlooks a fully stocked fishing pond and a pier as well as a tot lot. Children can walk to the on-site elementary school, part of the highly rated Burlington 301 school district.
Providence is just west of the intersection of Lake Street (Route 20) and Randall Road, just east of Nesler Road. To visit, take I-90 (Northwest Tollway) west to Randall Road, south to Lake Street (Route 20), turn right to community entrance on the left.
