Twenty-one professionally appointed model homes are now open for viewing at Cambridge Homes' Cambridge Lakes community in Pingree Grove. When completed, Cambridge Lakes will comprise 2,995 single-family homes, townhomes, attached single-family homes and condos in 43 distinct designs. The community features a large community center and numerous recreational and scenic amenities throughout.

The Cambridge Lakes' community center is part of a centrally located recreation complex, which includes four baseball diamonds with a concession stand and a large playground. The community also features a skate park, an additional baseball diamond, three soccer fields, seven tot-lots, and four fully equipped playgrounds for older children.
The single-family homes available at Cambridge Lakes consist of 27 different plans ranging from 1,572 to 3,388 square feet and priced from the low $200s to the low $300s. The townhomes include seven different designs that range from 1,330 to 1,757 square feet with prices starting in the low $160s. Additionally, buyers can choose from five attached single-family plans ranging from 1,250 to 1,799 square feet and priced from the $170s. Four condominium plans, ranging from 951 to 1,108 square feet, are priced from the $130s.
Pingree Grove is located approximately four miles to the southeast of the I-90 and Route 47 interchange.
To visit Cambridge Lakes, take I-90 to the Route 47 exit, then left (south) approximately three miles to Higgins Road (Route 72). Turn left (east) one mile to the community entrance on the right following signs to three of the four sales and model centers.
The Nature Series condominium sales and model center is located one-half mile further south from I-90. To visit, exit Route 47 south three and one-half miles and turn right on Route 72 to the Nature series entrance on the right.
