Low: 709 Park St, a four-bedroom single-family priced at $85,000. Tenant occupied; being sold as-is. 2008 property taxes were $4,048; the tax assessment for 2010 will be reduced, according to the listing. On the market 50 days.

In between: 2311 Collins Ct, a four-bedroom single-family home priced at $275,000. Pursuant to short sale; sold as-is.
