A question on the minds of many home sellers as Thanksgiving approaches is whether they should take their home off the market during the holiday season.
Coldwell Banker's Linda Martin, a 30-year veteran of North Shore sales, is advising her clients to keep their homes on the market. In addition to low interest rates, she sees reduced competition and active buyers as reasons to continue the sales effort through the holidays.
