"There's a wide selection of single family homes in the $500K to $1.1M price range - 116 homes, to be exact," said Trish. "The condo and townhome supply is more limited, with only 18 homes currently active."
"Sellers are being responsive to offers," she continued, "as indicated by an average list to sell ratio of 92%, 64 single-family and 6 condo / townhome sales in the last 6 months, and decreasing average market times."
What's selling? "Homes that are priced right," responded Trish. "We have seen some multiple offer situations lately, which helps increase buyer confidence."
