There's often a disconnect between what real estate developers perceive as the most attractive features of their projects and how their buyers perceive them.
Jillian, a mergers and acquisitions specialist with a large accounting firm, and her husband bought their unit at Grand Bend at Green Bay pre-construction two years ago. She set aside a few minutes to talk about what she likes and dislikes about Grand Bend and its downtown Evanston location. Her two-month old daughter stayed cooperatively quiet during our interview.
