Buyers looking for new construction 3-bedrooms in the West Loop have at least two options available: 1312 W Madison and CA23. The former is offering May occupancy, while the latter won't be delivering units until late this year and early next year.
Phase I is sold out at both projects, and Phase II units are currently for sale.
Both projects are offering high-style finishes, and the chance for buyers to select some of their finishes – although that option may expire in mid-March at 1312, which is touting "one million tile choices."
CA23's prices begin at $499,900 and range upwards of $600,000. 1312's pricing is in the low to mid-$400s, for less square footage, one less bath and a further west location.
