Condo rentals are often bargain-priced compared to managed apartments, especially at this time of year, says City Ranch Real Estate,'s David Nadler.
In this video, the first of a series, Nadler takes me on a driving tour of the eastern stretch of Lincoln Park, chatting about some of the high-rise condos his clients have rented recently.
One advantage for condos, according to Nadler, is that rents are generally negotiable and may come in well under the asking price.
