Back in olden times you often saw the phrase "sold before print." The current version is "sold before video." This house went under contract prior to our video shoot, after coming on the market at $869,900.
Each of the homes I've seen from Noah Properties has had a few signature touches: lavish kitchens and baths, high-style lighting fixtures, hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, high-ceilinged highly functional lower levels, and a front-bedroom on the second level with huge street-facing windows. Despite the similarities, each of the homes has been a very individualized creation.
The home in this sponsored video, at 1842 W Erie St, has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and all of the signature touches of a Noah Properties home, but in a more traditional style than others I've seen. The East Village home has been detailed with wainscoting, large unusually-paneled doors, crown moldings and more.
The Noah Properties home at 1848 W Erie St, in the above video, was listed for $849,900 in mid-August and closed two months later for $790,000. Unlike 1842, it was not all masonry, lacked a lower-level wet bar, and did not have as high a level of finishes and detailing.
Another Noah Properties home, at 1838 W Erie St, is nearing completion and also recently came on the market, also priced at $869,900.
