The Texas shooting wasn't a gun issue but a mental health problem
Eighty-five Americans have been killed in the last two mass shootings. More than five hundred others were wounded. It breaks down to twenty-six church goers murdered while attending services, in Sutherland Springs, Texas. Twenty others were wounded. It’s the largest mass shooting in Texas history. Fifty-nine people were killed and five hundred more were injured while... Read more »

More thoughts. More prayers. More dead

More thoughts. More prayers. More dead
Another month, another shooting. In October, it was Las Vegas. Fifty dead. In November, it’s a small town near San Antonio. Twenty-Six dead. I can’t wait to see what December brings. How many will die for Christmas? When it happened in Vegas, our lawmakers sent their thoughts and prayers to the victims. All six hundred... Read more »

John Lennon And Other Musicians Who Were Victims Of Gun Violence

My so called friends think it's time to edit this section. After four years, they may be right, but don't tell them that. I'll deny it until they die! I can't believe I've been writing this blog for four years. It started as a health/wellness thing and over the years has morphed to include so many things that I don't know how to describe it anymore. I really thought this was going to be the final year of the blog but then Donald Trump came along. It looks like we're good for four more years..God help us all! Oh yeah...the biographical stuff. I'm not 60 anymore. The rest you can read about in the blog.
