Signs from the "Nobody Is Above The Law-Protect Mueller" protest march

On Wednesday, Donald Trump fired his Attorney General Jeff Sessions. He replaced him with a Trump toady, Matthew Whitaker.

On Thursday, the people of America took to the streets in protest.

There were supposedly over 900 locations where citizens participated in the "Nobody is Above The Law/Protect Mueller" protest. In the Chicago area, there were protests in Evanston, Frankfort, Arlington Heights, Highland Park, Libertyville, as well as the one in downtown Chicago.

Among the speakers in Chicago were Senator Dick Durbin and Illinois State Senator Daniel Biss. After the rally, the protesters marched about a mile to the Trump building.

No captions are needed. The pictures tell the story. Here are some photos from the Chicago protest:

My so called friends think it's time to edit this section. After four years, they may be right, but don't tell them that. I'll deny it until they die! I can't believe I've been writing this blog for four years. It started as a health/wellness thing and over the years has morphed to include so many things that I don't know how to describe it anymore. I really thought this was going to be the final year of the blog but then Donald Trump came along. It looks like we're good for four more years..God help us all! Oh yeah...the biographical stuff. I'm not 60 anymore. The rest you can read about in the blog.
